The Villas Student Housing team has been developing and managing student housing for more than 25 years. Brad Zucker founded the company in 1997 and brought on Sam Massaed as principal shortly after. Villas Student Housing has delivered approximately 4,000 beds encompassing mid-rise to high-rise projects under the Villas brand — all guided by our in-house management team marked by a best-in-industry leasing and marketing track record. With every new project, Villas looks to continue to break the mold of student living with new and innovative concepts, and with the tenant experience always at the forefront.
